Q: I have more than 50 recipients on my order, can I still use your web site?
A: Yes, but you might find it easier to download our  PDF  Fax Order Form or our Word Fax Order Form. If you'd still like to enter your order through our website, you will receive a revised invoice with the correct shipping total.

Q: What is your guarantee policy?
A: We guarantee all our products to be fresh. The timely processing of your order. We do not offer returns. We do not offer returns or exchange on custom orders. Your order is non-refundable.

Q: What is your discount policy?
A: We offer a 5% discount on orders totaling $5,000 or more (excluding shipping and sales tax). We also occasionally offer specials or discounts through our mailing list.

Q: Can you substitute an item in the basket?
A: We can make substitutions of equal or lesser value in any basket. Please just indicate your substitution request under the comments section of the order form. In the rare instances when demand outstrips supply of a particular item in a gift basket, we will replace that item with one of equal or greater value at no extra charge.

Q: Can you customize a basket?
A: We can customize any order.

Q: If I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?
A: Orders of In-stock items placed before 10AM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a holidays will ship the next following business day.  We Do not  Deliver. 

Q: Do you offer shipping insurance?
A: All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you!


Q: Can I send a personalized message with my gift baskets?
A: Yes, you can! Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are available 24/7 via website to assist you.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards; money orders.

Q: How long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?
A: The items packaged inside are best if consumed within 6 to 9 months.

Food Allergy Notice: While WE make every Effort to ensure that only the ingredients shown are included  in your gifts, it is very likely that your gift ingredients may have been processed using equipment that has traces of a variety of nut, fruit, grain or dairy products. If the person or others that might consume the gifts are highly allergic to common food products for their safety we ask that you order one of our non- food gifts.

We make UPS deliveries only Ground, 2day, 3day, overnight and express. We Are unable to make in town deliveries at this time.

Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be replaced by another item.. You will be notified via email if this occurs. Most of the time this does not happen but in our busy season it may occur. We just want to keep our customers informed.
